Paying for your new spa – your questions answered

Congratulations on buying a new spa or swim spa! You may now be wondering about our payment process and if you need to pay a deposit and how to pay. We answer these questions and more below.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, you will need to pay a deposit to secure your order, when you purchase a spa or swim spa from Spa World.

Your first deposit is due at the time of ordering your new spa.

When do I need to pay the full amount for my spa?

Full payment and acceptance of possession is required as soon as your product is ordered and has arrived in our warehouse.

The delivery team will let you know when your spa has arrived and what you need to do at this point in terms of payment.

If the product is already in our warehouse or is a showroom floor model, payment must be made in full before delivery.

What if I’m not ready to have my spa delivered?

We can hold your spa for up to 4 weeks free charge if you are not ready for delivery.

After 4 weeks, we charge a storage fee of $75 per week for portable spas or $300 per week for swim spas.

What happens if I don’t accept possession of the spa?

You have 8 weeks to accept possession of the spa from its arrival at our warehouse.

If possession of the spa is not accepted within 8 weeks you will be given 30 days notice to rectify the situation.

If this does not occur, Spa World reserves the right to resell the spa to another customer.

How do I pay for my new spa or swim spa?

Payments can be made:

  • Via credit card via your local store
  • By contacting your Spa World Concierge
  • Direct deposit bank payment

If you wish to pay over the phone by credit card, please be aware we charge a 1.1% surcharge.

Direct deposit bank payments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the delivery of your spa to ensure funds have cleared.
