Hamish and Brittany were excellent in helping us select the right spa for our needs . We had the Spa installed within 10 days of selection and the installation team of Frank and Tyson were excellent . Tyson spent an hour with us to help with instructions and future care of our new Spa. Very happy with the selection of the Vortex Cerium .

Frank and Tyson from Powerhouse Movers Ltd who delivered the spa and set it up were absolute legends, great communication pre-delivery to make sure everything was good to go and then through the whole set up and handover process they were amazing. My husband and I treated ourselves to a new spa pool we were very overwhelmed by the selection and all the spa places!! Britney at the chch branch was awesome she only showed us spas that meet the criteria we wanted to save us a whole lot of unnecessary time. She was awesome throwing in an awesome package that ment our new spa was great for entertaining our family of 5 and also throwing in a booster for our wee son which we never even thought of!! From picking our spa and paying it was delivered and set up within the week!!

Reasonable price. Great spa. Competition advertise cheaper spas but add extra cost for set up etc. great to have it all inclusive to minimise any hassles and stress. Service was great, sorting out the electrician, old spa removal as well as the delivery and setup.

We bought our Fisher 5S a few months ago, and we've used it most nights since then! Britney did a great job explaining the various spa models to us and was extremely knowledgable about all the Spa World products. Delivery was quick and the installers were excellent. Really recommend Spa World!

I bought a VORTEX MERCURY Spa from Spa World Christchurch and I am very happy with my purchase. They have a wide range of spa pools, swim spas and jacuzzi spas from leading brands like Jacuzzi and Vortex. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the best spa for me and explained the features and benefits of each spa. The delivery and installation were smooth and professional. They set up the spa quickly and efficiently, and showed me how to use it. They also followed up with me after the installation to make sure everything was working well. The spa itself is amazing. It is very comfortable, relaxing and easy to use. It has two luxurious loungers with foot massage jets, a neck and shoulder therapy seat with downward facing jets, and individual seat pressure controls with EzyGrip handles. It also has Hydroflow stainless steel jets, Hydroglow backlit jets and topside controls, and Purezone automatic water care system. The spa also has a tranquil water feature and an aromatherapy function. I highly recommend Spa World Christchurch to anyone looking for a quality spa pool or swim spa at a competitive price.

Super helpful and answered all our questions from our initial landscaping phase right through purchase and delivery - which happened on time and flawlessly - thanks Frank! The communication was awesome from the whole team. We never felt pressured to buy until we were ready unlike the first large spa retailer we went in to see. We purchased a SPA in May this year, we originally only went into SPA World in Christchurch to look at Pergolas's as we had already decided on buying a Hot Springs Spa. Britney was fantastic, we placed an order for a Pergola and ultimately ended up buying a Jacuzzi J475 SPA to go with it.... this only happened due to the exceptional customer service. We purchased our Vortex Xenon spa from Spa world in January - Katrina in Sales was excellent in her advice and support! We have been enjoying our spa very much since installation!

Buying a Spa is a big decision and you want to do it right. Jamie at Spa World Christchurch made the decision making process easy for us, pointing out the various differences in the range of spas that they had. After finding out what we wanted in a spa and a little about our lifestyle we were directed to a couple of models and again the differences. We spent a lot of time looking and asking questions and at no point did we feel rushed or put under am=ny pressure to make a decision. One of the best things that Jamie said to us was "I won't sell you a spa until you sit in it", best advice ever! We did exactly that sitting in various spas and it was surprising the differences and how it would affect you enjoyment of using it, especially if you entertain and share it with family and friends regularly. Having spent a couple of hours in store but not making a decsion we were pleasantly surprised to receive a video from Jamie that thanked us for coming to the store and he gave us a quick recap and tour on the spa models that were considering, now that that is great service and still no pressure to purchase. We settled for a Jacuzzi J375. Installation day came and we had some fun, Hamish (Store manager) o undertook the install and setup and didn't rush the process and explained everything from start to finish as we set up the spa, again it was a really great experience. We absolutely love the Jacuzzi J375, it's used almost daily and is wonderful, maintenance is easy and the water stays crystal clear. The cover lifting system is a breeze and can so easily be done by anyone. As a new spa owner never having owned a spa or a pool before the backup support and ongoing questions have been answered quickly and with a cheerful manner. I would thoroughly recommend that if your shopping for a Spa then Jamie and Hamish at Spa World Christchurch are definitely worth talking to about what you want.

I basically bought my sauna online through Spa World but I dealt with Jamie over the phone and he was super helpful, answering all my questions. The Spa World website was extremely detailed and helped me make up my mind what I wanted.

We brought our Vortex Nitro Spa from Spa World Christchurch in November. The sales person, Jamie was extremely helpful and answered all our questions no matter how small . The installation process was seamless and the after sales service has been great. We are loving our spa pool and use it almost daily since installation. Best decision we ever made!
