Spa World, and Britney in particular, were amazing. I had no experience with spa pool use or ownership when my overseas husband suddenly decided he wanted one. So off I trekked to Spa World with nothing but a tape measure in my hand. The team (Britney!) answered all my naive questions with supreme patience. I sat in every spa and had the benefits of each brand explained to me. I left feeling completely un-pressured to buy a spa yet fully informed. I bought one the next day. Delivery was smooth with the super friendly guys patiently explaining all the features (again - I had forgotten). And then the aftercare was amazing! All my questions were happily answered by Britney. I would highly recommend spa world for a seamless and informative purchase of such an expensive item. And because I'm short they threw in a booster seat! (not offended.... ;) )

From the moment we walked into the Spa World showroom we knew we were at the right place to purchase a Spa. Having visited a couple of other showrooms, nothing compared to the service we received from Hamish. He was fantastic at guiding us through the ins and outs of owning a spa, what particular spa suited us best and was totally honest with his advice. The guys that delivered and installed were also amazing - a special thanks to Tyson who returned a couple of times to help with the Bluetooth Wifi. A spa pool has been on our wish list for a while and we did plenty of research before we purchased. We could not be more thrilled with our Fisher 6. It is excellent in every aspect; high quality, easy to use and maintain, super comfortable and we know we made the perfect choice for us. The lighting is fabulous at night!! Britney was superb, she was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful but never pushy. The whole experience with Spa world, including installation, has been first class. We would recommend them without reservation.

What a team, from the sales consultant to the install . You will not find a better company . We went with the fisher 8 , which has heaps of leg room and space for 6 people easy . The Bluetooth speakers are a cool accessory. Would recommend to family and friends.

Spaworld was where we purchased our Vortex spa pool. We have now owned spas made by four different companies and the Vortex is by far the best. The design is well thought-out and incorporates quality materials and workmanship throughout. The controls are simple and the spa is a delight to use. I visited the Spaworld showroom today in Clarence Street, Christchurch and was greeted by Britney Parker. Britney was obliging and exceedingly helpful. She provided exceptional advice in a charming and professional manner. She knew her subject well and went out of her way to provide the items I needed. We recently purchased a Vortex Nitro from Hamish at Spa World in Christchurch. My wife and I had been in the market for a while and had been to two other local shops and weren't completely sold on their products or service. After a good friends recommendation, we went to visit Spa World and we were seriously impressed with the quality, features and price of the Vortex spa range. We put a small refundable deposit down which held the special pricing for a week so we could do our homework on power supply and the intended location of the spa in our back yard. Once we made the decision to proceed, the spa was delivered, installed and ready to use in less than a week. If you are looking at buying a spa, make sure you visit Hamish and the team at Spa World Christchurch!

Oh my goodness, what a great experience. We made several visits to the Christchuurch Spa World and dealt with Hamish. He actually has awards for being the most expereince and knowledgeable Spapool consultant in New Zealand so we were lucky to come across him there. We didnt realise what we wanted at all until Hamish took us through lots of conversation about our family, our property and lifestyle so we could be matched with our perfect spa. Theres a lot to it in terms of quality, running cost, durability, size, functions etc. And we worked really hard to find a better deal but went back here because after everything we heard and saw, it was a no brainer for us. Hamish and Brittany were excellent in helping us select the right spa for our needs . We had the Spa installed within 10 days of selection and the installation team of Frank and Tyson were excellent . Tyson spent an hour with us to help with instructions and future care of our new Spa. Very happy with the selection of the Vortex Cerium .

My husband and I treated ourselves to a new spa pool we were very overwhelmed by the selection and all the spa places!! Britney at the chch branch was awesome she only showed us spas that meet the criteria we wanted to save us a whole lot of unnecessary time. She was awesome throwing in an awesome package that ment our new spa was great for entertaining our family of 5 and also throwing in a booster for our wee son which we never even thought of!! From picking our spa and paying it was delivered and set up within the week!!

Reasonable price. Great spa. Competition advertise cheaper spas but add extra cost for set up etc. great to have it all inclusive to minimise any hassles and stress. Service was great, sorting out the electrician, old spa removal as well as the delivery and setup.

We bought our Fisher 5S a few months ago, and we've used it most nights since then! Britney did a great job explaining the various spa models to us and was extremely knowledgable about all the Spa World products. Delivery was quick and the installers were excellent. Really recommend Spa World!

I bought a VORTEX MERCURY Spa from Spa World Christchurch and I am very happy with my purchase. They have a wide range of spa pools, swim spas and jacuzzi spas from leading brands like Jacuzzi and Vortex. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me choose the best spa for me and explained the features and benefits of each spa. The delivery and installation were smooth and professional. They set up the spa quickly and efficiently, and showed me how to use it. They also followed up with me after the installation to make sure everything was working well. The spa itself is amazing. It is very comfortable, relaxing and easy to use. It has two luxurious loungers with foot massage jets, a neck and shoulder therapy seat with downward facing jets, and individual seat pressure controls with EzyGrip handles. It also has Hydroflow stainless steel jets, Hydroglow backlit jets and topside controls, and Purezone automatic water care system. The spa also has a tranquil water feature and an aromatherapy function. I highly recommend Spa World Christchurch to anyone looking for a quality spa pool or swim spa at a competitive price.

Super helpful and answered all our questions from our initial landscaping phase right through purchase and delivery - which happened on time and flawlessly - thanks Frank! We purchased a SPA in May this year, we originally only went into SPA World in Christchurch to look at Pergolas's as we had already decided on buying a Hot Springs Spa. Britney was fantastic, we placed an order for a Pergola and ultimately ended up buying a Jacuzzi J475 SPA to go with it.... this only happened due to the exceptional customer service. We purchased our Vortex Xenon spa from Spa world in January - Katrina in Sales was excellent in her advice and support! We have been enjoying our spa very much since installation!

Buying a Spa is a big decision and you want to do it right. Jamie at Spa World Christchurch made the decision making process easy for us, pointing out the various differences in the range of spas that they had. After finding out what we wanted in a spa and a little about our lifestyle we were directed to a couple of models and again the differences. We spent a lot of time looking and asking questions and at no point did we feel rushed or put under am=ny pressure to make a decision. One of the best things that Jamie said to us was "I won't sell you a spa until you sit in it", best advice ever! We did exactly that sitting in various spas and it was surprising the differences and how it would affect you enjoyment of using it, especially if you entertain and share it with family and friends regularly. Having spent a couple of hours in store but not making a decsion we were pleasantly surprised to receive a video from Jamie that thanked us for coming to the store and he gave us a quick recap and tour on the spa models that were considering, now that that is great service and still no pressure to purchase. We settled for a Jacuzzi J375. Installation day came and we had some fun, Hamish (Store manager) o undertook the install and setup and didn't rush the process and explained everything from start to finish as we set up the spa, again it was a really great experience. We absolutely love the Jacuzzi J375, it's used almost daily and is wonderful, maintenance is easy and the water stays crystal clear. The cover lifting system is a breeze and can so easily be done by anyone. As a new spa owner never having owned a spa or a pool before the backup support and ongoing questions have been answered quickly and with a cheerful manner. I would thoroughly recommend that if your shopping for a Spa then Jamie and Hamish at Spa World Christchurch are definitely worth talking to about what you want.
