Terms for 60 days right of return

For you to exercise your rights under the Spa World 60 day right of return the following criteria must be met:

  1. The eligible spa must be a new model purchased on or after the 1st of January 2016.
  2. You must be able to deliver to the nearest depot. All costs of removal and return are yours.
  3. You must be an individual natural person who is the title owner of the eligible spa. Businesses, corporations and partnerships do not qualify.
  4. Your eligible spa must be in as new condition and not suffered any damage as determined by Spa world or a Spa World agent. Such damage may include, without limitation, internal or external scratches, scrapes, dents, odours, rips, burns etc.
  5. Your eligible spa must have been returned to the depot, in the same working order as it was on the delivery date.
  6. Your eligible spa must not have been subject to any liens or other security interests.
  7. A minimum of 30 days must have passed since the delivery date of your eligible spa.
  8. Your eligible spa must undergo a full inspection by a Spa World representative before a refund is given.
  9. If you choose to exercise your rights under this offer, you must notify us in writing to 1/85 Onehunga Mall Road, Onehunga, Auckland 1061.

Interest-free terms & conditions

Minimum spend $6,999. Monthly payments required.

*Approved customers only. Monthly payments must be made during the promotional period. Interest and payments are payable after the interest-free period expires. Paying only the minimum monthly payment will not pay out the purchase before the end of the plan. A $99 annual fee for Gem Visa applies. At the end of the plan, interest will be charged at the provider rate of 22.99%. This notice is given under the Gem Visa Conditions of Use (as applicable), which specify all other conditions for this offer. Also available to GE CreditLine, GO MasterCard and Buyer’s Edge customers. Other conditions, fees and charges apply, see relevant product websites for details. Credit is provided by Latitude Finance Australia (ABN 42 008 583 588), Australian Credit Licence number 392145.

Terms & conditions of sale and delivery

Delivery: (Optional)

Standard Delivery is drive-way dropoff only within 150Km of the Spa World Showroom. Other national delivery options are available upon request.

VIP Delivery: (Optional)

With VIP delivery, our driver will assist you to get your spa into its position. Barrier-free access is required. i.e. no fences, tight corners, high decking. If the product cannot get to its position because the access is not barrier-free and the product has to go back to the depot and be delivered at another date, a service fee, storage fee and another delivery fee will be charged. All deliveries require a minimum of 3 adults to be available if required, not including our driver.

Not Included:

  1. Crane or Hi-ab lift of spa.
  2. Electrical supply, connection or outlets.
  3. Level solid surface (not grass).
  4. Reinstatement or liability of damage caused to paved surfaces, turf, fences etc on private or public property whilst gaining access to site consistent with the contractor’s obligation to render service with due care and skill.
  5. Relocation, reinstatements or alteration of drainage, sewer, water, gas, pipes electrical or other wiring.
  6. Fulfilling any local or council requirements.
  7. Excavation of any kind.
  8. Responsibility for damage or delay due to strikes, fire, accidents, storms, traffic or any other causes out of reasonable control.
  9. Responsibility or liability for work carried out by other tradespeople or anyone else not employed or authorised by Spa World Ltd.

Terms of payment

  1. A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required to either order your spa, or allocate a stock unit. This payment can be made via direct deposit or credit card.
  2. 50% balances/Final payments can be made via direct deposit. Credit cards will incur a 1.8% additional surcharge.
  3. As soon as the product arrives in our warehouse, your spa will be invoiced and full payment is required.
  4. If you are not ready for delivery, we will hold the spa for up to one month without charge, after which a storage fee of $25 per week payment per portable spa, or $70 per week per swim spa applies.
  5. Delivery can only be scheduled and completed once full payment of the order and any applicable storage fees have been received.
  6. Warranties are null and void if monies due are not paid in full.
  7. This contract involves special manufacturing and is not subject to cancellation by the client for any reason. If the client’s item has already been ordered with the factory, any cancellation of the above order will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price.
  8. Other than the above contract, no verbal representations form part of this contract.
  9. Spa World Ltd may share your details with entities related to Spa World Ltd for direct marketing purposes. Spa World Ltd will otherwise treat your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Terms for 60 day price holding deposits

A holding deposit provides the client 60 days to consider the offered price provided by an employed Spa World Ltd Limited representative. The client must decide within 60 days to accept the offered price and pay the balance of the 50% deposit required to purchase or apply for a refund. 

  1. A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required to either order your spa, or allocate a stock unit. This payment can be made via direct deposit or credit card.
  2. 60 days is based on full 7-day week.
  3. The holding deposit is refundable only if advised in writing within 60 days of the date provided on the Spa World Ltd finalised quotation/sales order provided by an employedSpa World Ltd representative.
  4. A bank account or the credit card used for the deposit must be provided to process the refund.
  5. Refunds are processed through our finance department on the following 20th of the month.
  6. Once the 60-day period lapses, the holding deposit becomes non-refundable.
