He took a very detailed interest in getting the right solution for us and followed through very professionally post sale to make sure we were happy with everything. We cannot fault spa world. Every staff member from the show room to delivery and Installation were friendly and professional. The delivery went smoothly and the installer was very knowledgeable. Our spa is fantastic and excellent value for money. We highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing a new spa.

Michael was fantastic to deal with. Within 30mins of entering the showroom the day before Christmas we had agreed on a model guided by his advice and deposit paid. Two weeks later it was delivered to site as promised. We love our new spa it's easy to maintain and looks great. The Spa World product is head and shoulders above there competitions. The fit and finish, powerful pumps etc. is simply class. We had issues at the time of delivery getting it on site which was no fault of Spa Worlds. However, this was not a problem for the delivery team lead by Jack. Within an hour a solution was sorted, and a Hiab truck was on site Lifting it in place. I highly recommend the platinum delivery service it was unpacked/ Wi-Fi fitted/ cover fitted /filled with water and tested by the Spa world team before handover. They go through the operations with you teach you how to use it and maintain it etc. Thanks again Team, with a special mention to Mike & Jack you guys provided a seamless service.

We had Peter Limpus as our sales consultant in Auck. He was brilliant with lots of help and suggestions. He made the decision on which swimspa to buy very easy. He even went above and beyond with sourcing quite a bit of info about swimming etc helping my husbands health issues. Sandra Wylie was our customer care contact and was also very helpful. Because of weather issues there was a long delay before the concrete slab could be done but everyone was very patient and we felt no pressure at all to hurry up. Due to such amazing people we dealt with, we went ahead and also ordered the Louvre roof and the Sauna. We've been using the pool for about 3 months and loving every minute of it. The roof is going up at the moment and then the Sauna will be installed. I'm sure we will love using them just as much as the pool. A great all round experience.

We went into Spa World recently looking to make a purchase but not 100% sure on what model of spa would suit. Pete at Spa World asked a few questions about what we would like and then showed us the options - lots to choose from. We finally settled on a Jacuzzi model and are very happy with our choice. We spent a lot of time researching & comparing spas as there are so many choices out there. Efficiency, low running costs, comfort, quality, depth and of course support were all factors. Peter @ Spa World was a huge help & there for us every part of the way. We settled on the Fisher7 & it’s been fantastic. Highly recommend the install package with stairs, chems etc- it made the whole process a breeze.

It was a commitment, but the health benefits and the emotional connection with my wife is simply priceless. Mike was heaven-sent and he made it easy for us to choose the right spa pool (Vortex Mercury Avante) that fits our needs. User-friendly spa and lots of info online. Highly recommendable if you want luxury and pleasure combined. Why go for an out-of-town vacay if you have one at home???

We have just ordered a Vortex Spectrum Spa through Spa World Penrose. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Peter Limpus. When purchasing a quality spa for the first time Peter soon put us at ease with professional attitude in talking us through and helping us find the correct spa that we required. We had been to a number of other spa dealers in the area. None of them came even close to the professional service we recieved and when you are looking for quality, Spa World spa's are head and shoulders above the rest. I would just like to acknowledge Willie who installed our spa on Saturday morning. He was on-time, polite and professional. He took me through the setup and the behind the panel maintenance. He was great. I had to leave early so I left him to finish up, he messaged me later to advise all was done and he had locked up the house. I believe Willie is a real asset to your company, can you please pass this onto his manager. In fact the whole process of purchasing our spa was seamless, from the salesman Jason, to yourself with great communication through to Willie doing the install. We bought a spa pool 2 years ago from spa world. We live remotely out the back of Otorohanga. The consult on the phone and by email was brilliant, we jumped onto their website and it was informative ( exactly how it was described). The sales rep Patrick was very knowledgeable and made the whole process incredibly easy. We were nervous on the day it was delivered as we had never bought online before. They under sold themselves on their service and backup after the sale so that’s why we very highly recommend them to anyone. We felt we got a whole lot more than we bought. C & K Capon

Purchased a vortex mercury spa 2014 model from Patrick 6 years ago at a home show and it still looks as good as new and we couldn't of been happier with our choice of model and brand. The spa is used almost every night and is a great way to unwind after a busy day. The consumables and parts needed for after sales service are considerably cheaper than some of the more expensive brands available. If we had to rebuy at any stage we would definitely go back to Spa World and purchase another Vortex Spa. Special shout out to Kyle from Skyhooks for getting a massive 6 x 2.3 meter Spa down a tight driveway and down the side of an even tighter access side of the neighbours house. All done and installed in less than a day! Excellent onsite help from Jack the technician got us up and running and we are very happy with our new purchase. We are sooo happy with our new swim spa. Michael was very knowledgeable and definitely knew his spas. Michelle in the office was very efficient in sending through all the information and keeping us updated with the arrival of our spa. Happy? Auckland Territory Manager was superbly professional both before purchase and assisting in getting the installation completed despite the spa show's requirements on his staff. Despite problems with receiving my e-mails and photos, Melissa was eventually about to verify my payment(s) and schedule delivery. Willie was superbly prepared and was instrumental in detecting the manufacturing error (screw penetrating the spa interior wall) which necessitated removing the spa, taking it back to the warehouse and bringing another one and installing it, too! Spa World deserves our highest recommendation for your professionalism and your superstar, Willie, for his expertise and double installation.

Just bought our first spa after looking at everything available, a Vortex Cobalt. Very happy with the spa and the service from Vortex, they looked after us and had our spa up and running very quickly. Much appreciated.

A small showroom packed into a larger warehouse/office, but with good service and sales to balance things out. For relatively affordable spas, they're definitely worth a look, and will walk you through the pros and cons of each pool with your budget and needs in mind. Lacks some of the elegance and polish of their opposition's showrooms and approach, but at a fraction of the price. They've been around for years, are trustworthy, and the spas seem a good deal.

Very impressed with the service and spa we purchased. It's just a warehouse, not a setup showroom but we were still impressed with how they were able to show us the spas. The salesman had great knowledge and advice. Loving our Vortex spa!
