We have been on the look out for a spa for when we move to a new home and Sophia has been so helpful! She was so friendly and bubbly and didn’t make us feel silly for asking a lot of questions about all the different models. She was knowledgeable and patient and talked us through all our options.

Sophia at Spa World is an absolute rock star — amazingly helpful and never once put me under pressure. I did a lot of research and visited several spa places before landing on one of the Fisher range. It's a fantastic product with amazing value for money once you factor in the complete package. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The installers were excellent too, taking the time to walk us through the spa chemicals and getting everything up and running properly. Highly recommend Spa World — thanks to the whole team!

Sophia and Michael were great to deal with and we are very happy with our choice of spa. Cheers spa world.

Pre purchase experience great thanks Sophia and Michael. We chose the best deal for us.

Michael was fantastic to deal with and helped us get an excellent deal on our spa. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Spa World.

Was shopping around for a new Spa. Michael O’loan was great to deal with, very informative and helpful throughout. Would recommend contacting Michael if you are in the market for a new or replacement spa

So happy with the spa. Great communication through out and superb set up help

We recently visited the showroom to look at spa pools and were impressed by the excellent service we received from Peter. He was welcoming, and took the time to explain the different options available to us, ensuring we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. There was no pressure, just genuine, helpful advice. We are excited about our new spa pool!

We have had a positive experience today purchasing our Fisher Lap Swim Spa from Michael. He was most informative and helpful. He made the whole experience very easy. We are really looking forward to swimming in our new pool early 2027. Many thanks.

Great experience. Love our 5D spa. Michael O'Loan was great. Welcoming interested kept in contact & followed up. The father-daughter delivery team equally awesome. On time, efficient friendly installed and provided good set up info.

Great service from Michael in the showroom in Auckland and quick and friendly support for all after sales issues to be resolved. We did have an issue with the blower not operating initially however Spa World were very quick to resolve the issue and were very communicative throughout the process.

After looking at alot of options we came back to Spa World as their products and service were great during and even after the purchase of our new pool. Thanks Michael for all your help.

Sophia was very helpful and frendly. She wasn't pushy and allowed my wife and I time to look around. Although we were her very first sale, she waited till we were ready to make our purchase. Recommend. Thankyou. 🙂

We are so pleased we chose Spa World over other suppliers, especially because our new Fisher swim spa is absolutely brilliant and the kids love playing in the pool! Michael was fantastic to deal with, doing a great job showing us all the features and securing us a great deal. While the communication regarding the delivery and final process could have been a bit clearer, the actual installation went incredibly smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Great service, very patient with us and now we have the spa we absolutely love our Vortex Nitro!

Very happy with the advice given by Michael and the spa pool he recommended

Michael O'Loan helped us choose and purchase our new Fisher spa, and we couldn't be happier! Michael and the Spa World team listened to what we wanted, made useful and helpful suggestions, and helped us land on the perfect spa for our area. Communication re: timing and installation was great, working well with the independent landscape team so that everything came together at the right time, with no unexpected surprises or costs. Thank you!

We purchased our spa from Spa World after looking at other places. We really clicked with Michael - he was very knowledgeable about their spas - he was great to talk to - answered all our questions. We purchased the Vortex spa adding extra jets etc - we also brought two pergolas that we also love - everything was seemless - after sale contact is great - big sing out to Brittany who has been awesome. Would highly recommend Spa World to anyone wanting a spectacular high end spa.

A great experience from start to finish and excellent knowledgeable and helpful service from Peter Limpus. Excellent delivery and set up service and we're very satisfied with the spa. Highly recommended!

A family member purchased the Fisher 2 spa pool. He was looking for a spa pool to fit his small garden and this model is just perfect. Michael and Peter from Spa World Penrose were so helpful. Sharona offered great delivery service. The whole process from showroom, purchase, delivery and follow up was seamless. Very happy to recommend.

Loving the Fisher 7 Spa we bought from Spa World. Michael was really helpful to confirm it was the right one for us, and organise delivery and installation for us in Tauranga. The installers did a great job including finding a solution to getting the Spa into position around a tight corner of the house. Recommend spending time on the awesome Spa World Learn website to prepare for spa installation and ongoing care.

For us, at our price point, the Fisher 5D was by far the best appointed spa we could find. The bonus of the sale was icing on the cake. Our show room experience in Auckland was further enhanced by the lovely Sohpia, (and the boss!), who supported us to get the best deal possible. They sorted all queries to our satisfaction, and we are 100% happy with our spa purchasing experience with Spa World.

Everything that was promised was delivered the service was amazing from beginning to delivery to installation simply the best.
