We had done our research so knew which make we wanted and the Vortex Mercury was the one we picked. We were able to secure the price with a deposit even though we weren't moving into our house for 6 months and when the time came to secure the delivery, we popped in to see Michael and yet again, fantastic service, extremely professional but also personable. Smooth to get delivery sorted and the team that came and installed were also amazing, making the whole process stress free. We ordered our Fisher Swim E in March 2024, when our new home was a dream. We moved in in May 2025, and our swim spa was delivered in early June. We upgraded to get the Clearlift, which wasn't even a thing when we ordered. We are extremely happy, and using it most days, even in July! The Clearlift was well worth the investment. We've had excellent service all through the process, from Michael O'Loan as the salesperson, to Jack and Sharona who managed the installation. I highly recommend Spa World and the Fisher Swim E swim spa.

Great product, excellent sales and after sales service. When the spa arrived we realised that we didn't have as much space for it as we thought. The delivery team went out of their way to find a spa cover that fitted the space and came back later again to fit it.

Our experience with Michael O’loan at Spaworld has been a very positive one. We were unfortunate to have lost money on a liquidation of a pool company along with 60 or so other families. Knowing this Michael gave us some flexible timing and terms to give us time to redevelop our pool space and organise delivery and installation. The swim spa pool is functional and the kids use it for hours - they really love the jets and can swim when it’s cold and when it’s hot thanks to the heatpump and covers. A great experience - thanks Mike for your help :)

I just have to share my experience at Spa World, Mt Wellington, Auckland. Firstly the lovely salesperson Peter who was so helpful with my purchase of The Shadowspec "Retreat" umbrella, nothing was too much trouble, Peter and Michael were so helpful when my builder who was installing it, visited the showroom to check the operation of the umbrella before he installed it on my patio. I am more than delighted with the quality, design and nifty functionality of the "The Retreat", the product combines precision German engineering with style and class!, it tilts, extends and pivots in all directions. I am also so happy that it is made in a factory in Whangarei and is NZ made. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Spa world and the spectacular Shadowspec umbrella-so excited for more balmy, sunny, Auckland days, roll on summer. Thanks Peter & Michael :)

It took us a year to decide on a swim-spa, to choose a supplier. After testing one in your Auckland location we launched the building application for our new outdoor area and negotiated the order with Michael. He was not very flexible when it came to price, terms and conditions but delivered a great product with holding the unit for one year, smooth delivery and installation after the site preparation. After 1 year of owning and using it, with having decomissioned it for 6 months in winter when we were away, we are still very happy with it. Minor warranty issues have been handled extremely well by Amanda and her team. I would have wished for a more extensive explanation and training after the installation.The installer went away far to quickly for my liking and needs. But with heaps of information online I could wrap my head around the running and maintaining the swimspa after a while. Thanks so far. Jonny & Jenny

Michael was fantastic to deal with. Within 30mins of entering the showroom the day before Christmas we had agreed on a model guided by his advice and deposit paid. Two weeks later it was delivered to site as promised. We love our new spa it's easy to maintain and looks great. The Spa World product is head and shoulders above there competitions. The fit and finish, powerful pumps etc. is simply class. We had issues at the time of delivery getting it on site which was no fault of Spa Worlds. However, this was not a problem for the delivery team lead by Jack. Within an hour a solution was sorted, and a Hiab truck was on site Lifting it in place. I highly recommend the platinum delivery service it was unpacked/ Wi-Fi fitted/ cover fitted /filled with water and tested by the Spa world team before handover. They go through the operations with you teach you how to use it and maintain it etc. Thanks again Team, with a special mention to Mike & Jack you guys provided a seamless service.

We had Peter Limpus as our sales consultant in Auck. He was brilliant with lots of help and suggestions. He made the decision on which swimspa to buy very easy. He even went above and beyond with sourcing quite a bit of info about swimming etc helping my husbands health issues. Sandra Wylie was our customer care contact and was also very helpful. Because of weather issues there was a long delay before the concrete slab could be done but everyone was very patient and we felt no pressure at all to hurry up. Due to such amazing people we dealt with, we went ahead and also ordered the Louvre roof and the Sauna. We've been using the pool for about 3 months and loving every minute of it. The roof is going up at the moment and then the Sauna will be installed. I'm sure we will love using them just as much as the pool. A great all round experience.

We went into Spa World recently looking to make a purchase but not 100% sure on what model of spa would suit. Pete at Spa World asked a few questions about what we would like and then showed us the options - lots to choose from. We finally settled on a Jacuzzi model and are very happy with our choice. We spent a lot of time researching & comparing spas as there are so many choices out there. Efficiency, low running costs, comfort, quality, depth and of course support were all factors. Peter @ Spa World was a huge help & there for us every part of the way. We settled on the Fisher7 & it’s been fantastic. Highly recommend the install package with stairs, chems etc- it made the whole process a breeze.

We have just ordered a Vortex Spectrum Spa through Spa World Penrose. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by Peter Limpus. When purchasing a quality spa for the first time Peter soon put us at ease with professional attitude in talking us through and helping us find the correct spa that we required. I would just like to acknowledge Willie who installed our spa on Saturday morning. He was on-time, polite and professional. He took me through the setup and the behind the panel maintenance. He was great. I had to leave early so I left him to finish up, he messaged me later to advise all was done and he had locked up the house. I believe Willie is a real asset to your company, can you please pass this onto his manager. We bought a spa pool 2 years ago from spa world. We live remotely out the back of Otorohanga. The consult on the phone and by email was brilliant, we jumped onto their website and it was informative ( exactly how it was described). The sales rep Patrick was very knowledgeable and made the whole process incredibly easy. We were nervous on the day it was delivered as we had never bought online before. Purchased a vortex mercury spa 2014 model from Patrick 6 years ago at a home show and it still looks as good as new and we couldn't of been happier with our choice of model and brand. The spa is used almost every night and is a great way to unwind after a busy day. The consumables and parts needed for after sales service are considerably cheaper than some of the more expensive brands available. If we had to rebuy at any stage we would definitely go back to Spa World and purchase another Vortex Spa. Happy? Auckland Territory Manager was superbly professional both before purchase and assisting in getting the installation completed despite the spa show's requirements on his staff. Despite problems with receiving my e-mails and photos, Melissa was eventually about to verify my payment(s) and schedule delivery. Willie was superbly prepared and was instrumental in detecting the manufacturing error (screw penetrating the spa interior wall) which necessitated removing the spa, taking it back to the warehouse and bringing another one and installing it, too! Spa World deserves our highest recommendation for your professionalism and your superstar, Willie, for his expertise and double installation.

Just bought our first spa after looking at everything available, a Vortex Cobalt. Very happy with the spa and the service from Vortex, they looked after us and had our spa up and running very quickly. Much appreciated.

A small showroom packed into a larger warehouse/office, but with good service and sales to balance things out. For relatively affordable spas, they're definitely worth a look, and will walk you through the pros and cons of each pool with your budget and needs in mind. Lacks some of the elegance and polish of their opposition's showrooms and approach, but at a fraction of the price. They've been around for years, are trustworthy, and the spas seem a good deal.

Very impressed with the service and spa we purchased. It's just a warehouse, not a setup showroom but we were still impressed with how they were able to show us the spas. The salesman had great knowledge and advice. Loving our Vortex spa!
