Heating is the biggest part of what a spa costs to run. A heat pump changes that maths, and keeps changing it every winter you own it.

1. Up to 75% off energy costs

A standard electric heater turns one unit of power into one unit of heat. A heat pump pulls warmth out of the outside air instead, so it heats the same water for a fraction of the power.

2. It cools in summer too

Reverse it on a hot day and you have chilled water waiting for you. On a swim spa that turns a winter asset into a year-round one.

3. Biggest gain on swim spas

The more water you are heating or cooling, the more a heat pump saves you. Swim spas hold a lot of water, which is where the difference really shows.

Every model below includes a free heat pump. Models not listed are not part of the promotion.

Terms and Conditions (New Zealand)

1. Offer period. The promotion runs from 10 August 2026 to 20 September 2026 inclusive, or while stocks last. Spa World^® reserves the right to withdraw or vary the offer at any time.

2. Free heat pump. One heat pump is supplied at no charge with each eligible spa purchased during the offer period. Models not listed above are excluded. The heat pump has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or substituted.

3. Two-zone spas. Hydrozone models and Fisher Dual models are two-zone spas and receive one free 8.8kW heat pump only. A customer wishing to heat both zones must purchase a second heat pump at normal price, including its installation and connection kit, which is not covered by this promotion.

4. Heat pump installation. Where stated as included, this covers installation of the heat pump only, and applies to sites within 50 kilometres of a Spa World^® showroom in New Zealand. Sites beyond 50 kilometres are quoted separately and are at the customer's cost. Installation is subject to reasonable and safe access to the site and to the spa location. Any electrical work is carried out by a licensed electrician and is at the customer's cost. In New Zealand, installation is included on eligible swim spas only and is not included on portable spas.

5. Spa installation is not included. Delivery, craning, siting, base or slab preparation, plumbing and installation of the spa itself are not part of this promotion. These are quoted separately and are chargeable. References to installation in this promotion refer to the heat pump only.

6. Connection kit. Connection kits are not free on portable spas in New Zealand and remain available for purchase at normal price. Swim spas do not use a connection kit, so none applies to those models.

7. Not included. Steps, water start kit, magnesium, filters and cover lifter are not included with any model and remain available for separate purchase at normal prices. ClearLift models have an integrated cover lift, so a cover lifter does not apply.

8. Pricing and savings. All prices are in NZD and include GST. Savings are calculated against the recommended retail price of the spa plus the recommended retail price of the items included free with that model. Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

9. General. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. The offer applies to new orders placed during the offer period and is not retrospective. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

10. Portable models. For eligible portable spa pools, delivery must be taken on or before 30 September 2026 to qualify.

11. Energy claim. **Up to 75% less energy compared to conventional heating. Actual performance may vary and depends on environmental and operational factors.
