Been searching for Pergola for some time when we found Spa World here in Nelson. They had two assembled in their showroom to view and with the help and information that Janina was able to give us the decision was easy. The process, complete with delivery, was spot on.

Janina was so helpful and she upgraded us when the model we wanted wasn’t going to cater for the swim tether. Preparation was easy thanks to H&H concrete and installation went smoothly. Love the swim spa use it every day!! We recommend getting the swim tether- it makes a big difference to the swim.

We recently purchased a spa through Janina at Spa World & the process was absolutely first class right from the get go. She's both a fabulous personality & well informed. Even when we had a small issue with the installer leaving residue from a sticker that had been inside the pool Janina responded on her day off advising us what to do 😀we are loving our spa with the cooler climes arriving!

I can honestly say I have never been happier with an asset than this!. 1 hour swim aqua aerobics in morning then crank up the heat to totally relax in jacuzzi setting before tea in the evening ... My husband and I had been debating purchasing a spa for a long time. We have 4 children at home and a pool that we all enjoy swimming in a lot and a spa would be a welcome addition to our set up. We decided to go into Spa World and just have a look around, not thinking we would purchase one!! We were instantly welcomed by Janina who had a wealth of knowledge about each spa pool we looked at, encouraged us to try them out to see what worked best for our family and answered all of our annoying questions. From there, she made the process clear and simple for what we were needing to do and kept us informed as to our wait time. When it came to delivery, Janina had organised this well with Phil and she even came to our house to watch it being installed which was great! Phil was very patient with our changing circumstances and spent additional time at our home ensuring that our set up was just right. Our kids loved watching the big crane deliver our spa to site on a beautifully crisp Nelson morning. We now have a wonderful big spa that our kids and we thoroughly enjoy spending time in together. The highlight for us is being in there at night with the disco lights on, looking up at the stars. Thank you Spa World for guiding us through our purchase and install process. We are very happy with our Spa!

True, I had to wait a few months for my new Vortex Sauna to arrive in the country, but the wait was worth it. And Janina at Spa World kindly keep me informed every step of the way. I had their guy Phil do the installation. Even though it looks like a simple kit-set, while watching the guys put together, I could see there were some tricky bits, so I was really happy I had called a professional to assemble the unit and check everything was working as it should! The sauna is fantastic, it heats quickly, the sound system is great, and it’s amazing to have it available whenever I want. Thanks Spa World. :)

We visited Spa World in Nelson while on holiday and was very impressed with Nina, who looked after us, showing us around. Even though we were not going to purchase from her (as we live in Tauranga), her service was incredible. We were treated as if we were one of her loyal customers - very impressive. Once we got back to Tauranga, we visited the Lakes showroom and were treated exactly the same by Katrina. We bought a Votex Mercury Spa. The service from paying, to the communication regarding delivery and the actual delivery has been brilliant. We love our spa and being able to sit under the twinkling night sky once again. I was quickly convinced if we were going to buy a spa it was definitely going to be from Spa World. I did shop around a bit, but nothing compared to the quality of the Vortex range. We found Janina very helpful and accomodating when looking for our new spa, she was to the point, sharp with her pricing, not pushy, answered all our questions and lovely to talk to, couldn't ask for more. I wish the delivery was the same, firstly it was to be delivered on Saturday two weeks later, only to find out on the Friday that they don't do deliveries on Saturdays!! "How about the following Wednesday" Well we have been told now that it's Friday. We will wait and see!!!
