We had the absolute pleasure of working with Janina to purchase our brand-new spa, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, Janina from Spa World was incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping us find the perfect spa for our needs. She took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for and made expert recommendations based on our specific requirements. She was also very good at answering tricky questions! Her follow-up was impeccable, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. We can't recommend Janina and Spa World highly enough— the entire process is made seamless and enjoyable.

My husband and I had been debating purchasing a spa for a long time. We have 4 children at home and a pool that we all enjoy swimming in a lot and a spa would be a welcome addition to our set up. We decided to go into Spa World and just have a look around, not thinking we would purchase one!! We were instantly welcomed by Janina who had a wealth of knowledge about each spa pool we looked at, encouraged us to try them out to see what worked best for our family and answered all of our annoying questions. As we were still unsure and debating between the two of us which we should get, Janina shared which she thought would be best and we decided to follow her recommendation. From there, she made the process clear and simple for what we were needing to do and kept us informed as to our wait time. When it came to delivery, Janina had organised this well with Phil and she even came to our house to watch it being installed which was great! Phil was very patient with our changing circumstances and spent additional time at our home ensuring that our set up was just right. Our kids loved watching the big crane deliver our spa to site on a beautifully crisp Nelson morning. We now have a wonderful big spa that our kids and we thoroughly enjoy spending time in together. The highlight for us is being in there at night with the disco lights on, looking up at the stars. Thank you Spa World for guiding us through our purchase and install process. We are very happy with our Spa!

Janina was absolutely incredible to deal with. We had been to another spa provider earlier that day & when we came into Spa World, it felt like Janina genuinely wanted to get to know us and what we needed as a family. There was no pressure and the whole process was very easy. Janina is incredibly knowledgeable, and even since the purchase, the after care support has been amazing. 10/10 customer service. No regrets.

She is exceptionally knowledgeable about all of the products, has an open friendly manner and made me feel very welcome. Nothing was too much bother and she went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied with the spa that I bought. I cannot recommend her or Spa World highly enough.

True, I had to wait a few months for my new Vortex Sauna to arrive in the country, but the wait was worth it. And Janina at Spa World kindly keep me informed every step of the way. I had their guy Phil do the installation. Even though it looks like a simple kit-set, while watching the guys put together, I could see there were some tricky bits, so I was really happy I had called a professional to assemble the unit and check everything was working as it should! The sauna is fantastic, it heats quickly, the sound system is great, and it’s amazing to have it available whenever I want. Thanks Spa World. :)

Bought a Vortex Mercury from Nelson. Janina was excellent in helping us choose model and was very knowledgeable. She worked out a good deal with a pergola and didn’t pressure us to make decision while we considered options. Communication, helpful information, delivery and setup were all top class. A great shopping experience. The salesperson, Jenina, was personable and knowledgeable about the various products. Communication about payments and delivery was easy. Phil who delivered and installed the unit was very efficient and professional. All and all we are very happy with our Jacuzzi.

After a lot of shopping around locally and on the internet, we chose our spa from Spa World. Janina was very knowledgeable about the spas on offer and could answer our questions without having to consult the computer for everything. We got a good deal, followed by the best communication we've had with any company for a long time. The installation by Phil and his apprentice was relaxed but efficient. Phil was helpful and set us up so well, we were in it the next evening. We highly recommend the Nelson branch of Spa World to anyone.

We visited Spa World in Nelson while on holiday and was very impressed with Nina, who looked after us, showing us around. Even though we were not going to purchase from her (as we live in Tauranga), her service was incredible. We were treated as if we were one of her loyal customers - very impressive. Once we got back to Tauranga, we visited the Lakes showroom and were treated exactly the same by Katrina. We bought a Votex Mercury Spa. The service from paying, to the communication regarding delivery and the actual delivery has been brilliant. We love our spa and being able to sit under the twinkling night sky once again. I was quickly convinced if we were going to buy a spa it was definitely going to be from Spa World. I did shop around a bit, but nothing compared to the quality of the Vortex range. Janina has been great to liaise with right throughout the process. Our spa is being well used by me and my family, proving to be a great way to spend time together. Thanks heaps Spa World!

My Vortex spa was received back in 2015 before they had a showroom and so far, only have had to replace the UV/Ozone system which only required a little more chlorine to keep clean. When I rang their technical support line, I was surprised that they still provided support on my model and correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone and I fixed the issue myself without paying someone. Imagine how difficult that would be to do with Toyota or whoever makes your washing machine? So easy to get replacement filters and chemicals as well.

Janina was very welcoming. She had a very good knowledge of the spas on show and took the time to show us the features of different spas. Also able to answer our questions on delivery options etc. An enjoyable experience. The show room was set out to enable us to see spas working as well as some with their panels open to see the internal workings. Looking forward to receiving our spa

We found Janina very helpful and accomodating when looking for our new spa, she was to the point, sharp with her pricing, not pushy, answered all our questions and lovely to talk to, couldn't ask for more. I wish the delivery was the same, firstly it was to be delivered on Saturday two weeks later, only to find out on the Friday that they don't do deliveries on Saturdays!! "How about the following Wednesday" Well we have been told now that it's Friday. We will wait and see!!!

We were first time spa purchasers and walked into the beautifully presented Nelson showroom "just to have a look" never foreseeing that we would leave with a spa ordered and totally confident in our choice. As first-time spa owners the prospect of purchasing a big-ticket item like a spa seemed a daunting task. After researching all the options, we visited Spa World Nelson and met Camille Countryman. Great service from Camille when we went to Spa World to replace our old spa. She took us through the purchase process, and persuaded my husband that the colour I liked was the one he preferred too. We are so so happy !! We made the decision to purchase a vortex spa 'The Palladium, and turn a unused area of the property into a resort like look for our home in Golden Bay, to make us feel like we were on holiday all of the time. Camille Countryman in the Nelson store whom we purchased the spa from, was just wonderful from the beginning, always available, always so friendly, anything we needed to know she answered within minutes, simply amazing service. Garth from Lift & Shift , whom the spa world delivery team organised, a big thanks to Sharona for making that happen, put the spa in place beautifully, it needed to be placed under a deck and he made this look effortless. Within 24 hours of Frank leaving we were in the spa, it is better than we imagined, you just melt away like floating in space, we just love it. We have used it everyday since. Camille was knowledgeable, friendly, open to queries, which she answered expertly and efficient once I decided to purchase.
