Experience unparalleled craftsmanship with Vortex™ Spas, where modern technology meets meticulous attention to detail. Every Vortex Spas is manufactured to a rigorous 14-step construction process leveraging advanced automation robotics for precise assembly, consistent quality and enhanced worker safety. From the initial creation of the spa shell to the meticulous addition of features, Vortex™ Spas are crafted to perfection.

Every Vortex™ Spa begins with a sheet of USA-sourced Aristech Acrylic, precisely formed in a sophisticated oven. The process continues with an application of fiberglass backing and follows with an essential oven-curing phase, a step often overlooked by other manufacturers. This careful assembly yields a sturdy four-layer shell backed by a comprehensive warranty on the shell structure, reflecting its reinforced durability. Note: Vortex™ Nitro Spa pictured.

Vortex™ Spas were among the first to shift from conventional timber framing to precision-engineered injection-molded plastic supports for their spa shells. The Permaframe design resists rot, mold, and damage from vermin, guaranteeing enhanced durability. This advance in spa construction is matched by an industry-leading Lifetime Warranty, underscoring our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Vortex™ Spas aim for lasting performance. Each spa has a base crafted from moulded, fiberglass-backed ABS, a material so tough it's also in car bumpers. This base has dual functions: it's strong and protective. A key feature is the 75mm raised edge. It prevents water from entering, keeping the spa's internal components safe, even in heavy rain.

Vortex Spas feature Duraflex™ flexible PVC plumbing, designed to prevent kinks and ensure steady water flow. Duraflex™ pipes withstand hot, chemically treated water and all joints are sealed with 'Weldon' PVC cement for reliable adhesion. Combining specialised materials and precise construction methods ensures superior durability and efficiency in our spa plumbing systems.

This dual layer insulation system ensures that not only the water in the spa is insulated, but also the water in the pipework. This option adds a higher level of heat retention than Vortex™ Spas' standard Thermolock™ Perimeter insulation.

Vortex™ Spa's Thermolock™ cover outperforms typical spa covers due to its 50% denser construction, which significantly improves heat retention. With safety and efficiency as priorities, it features a rigid aluminium frame to prevent any risk of collapse under load. The cover also includes a draft seal to lock in heat and reduce water evaporation. This thoughtful design ensures a safer, more energy-efficient spa experience.

The SpaNet SV Series controller is designed to maximise energy savings and deliver the lowest possible daily operating cost for your spa using PowerSmart™ technology like Dynamic Thermal Tuning and SmartFiltration™.

Vortex™ Spas partners with Australia's SpaNet™, a recognised leader in spa equipment production, for all essential control and pumping components. Spanning nearly two decades, this collaboration has led to the creation of some of the most innovative and dependable spa equipment available. Thanks to this partnership, Vortex™ Spas provides a five-year warranty on SpaNet™ controllers, in-line heaters, and pumps, underlining our promise to deliver top-tier quality and innovation to our customers.

SV Series spa controls feature a dynamic thermostat point which adapts and tunes heat cycles to match the thermal properties of your spa. This eliminates unnecessary on/off cycling of the filtration pump and heater which results in significant power savings whilst still maintaining your desired water temperature.

Vortex™ Spas sets itself apart with the SV Series™' innovative control system. It includes a variable heater that works alongside the pumps. Traditional spa controllers often stop heating when jets are on; not ours. You get to enjoy hydrotherapy with no loss of heat. Every Vortex™ Spa or Swim Spa has this variable heater. It adjusts power to use extra energy from the jet pumps. So, you experience a perfect blend of warmth and jet strength, enhancing your comfort every spa session.

Vortex Spas™ Hydroflow™ jets meld stunning design with practical functionality. Offering a variety of massage effects through multiple jet types, these bearingless jets ensure lasting performance with minimal maintenance. Combined with the Vortex™ Hydroglow™ lighting system, enjoy a touch of elegance for every night time soak. Crafted with 304-grade brushed, stainless steel facings and high quality plastics, they also come with a 5-year warranty.

Smartflo™ pumps represent the cutting edge in hydrotherapy technology. Designed by Vortex Spas™, the SmartFlo range efficiently manages high flow rates for spa pools with numerous jets. SmartFlo technology ensures increased water flow without extra power use. This allows for smaller horsepower pumps that work harder and last longer. Each pump features long-lasting mechanical seals and robust impellers all packaged in a modern design.

Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being and enhance both physical and emotional health. The adjustable Vortex™ Aromatherapy system automatically injects Aromatherapy scent into the spa water.

Make your spa the ultimate focal point for relaxation and entertainment with Vortex™ Spas' tranquil water features. The gentle flow of water enhances relaxation, while integrated lighting transforms your spa into a captivating light display, especially when combined with Hydroglow™ backlit drink holders and perimeter lighting.

The additional lighting to the water edge and functional outside lighting are included with the perimeter and cabinet lighting package. All lighting is customisable to suit your mood.

Elevate your spa experience with Vortex Hydroglow™ backlit drink holders. Combining style and function, these holders provide a lighted, non-slip surface for your favorite beverages, ensuring secure and elegant drink placement while you relax.
