From the initial creation of the spa shell to the meticulous addition of features, Vortex™ Spas are crafted to perfection.

Every Vortex™ Spa begins with a sheet of USA-sourced Aristech Acrylic, precisely formed in a sophisticated oven. The process continues with an application of fiberglass backing and follows with an essential oven-curing phase, a step often overlooked by other manufacturers. Vortex™ Spas were among the first to shift from conventional timber framing to precision-engineered injection-molded plastic supports for their spa shells. The Permaframe design resists rot, mold, and damage from vermin, guaranteeing enhanced durability. Vortex™ Spas aim for lasting performance. Each spa has a base crafted from moulded, fiberglass-backed ABS, a material so tough it's also in car bumpers. This base has dual functions: it's strong and protective. A key feature is the 75mm raised edge. It prevents water from entering, keeping the spa's internal components safe, even in heavy rain.

Vortex Spas feature Duraflex™ flexible PVC plumbing, designed to prevent kinks and ensure steady water flow. Duraflex™ pipes withstand hot, chemically treated water and all joints are sealed with 'Weldon' PVC cement for reliable adhesion. Combining specialised materials and precise construction methods ensures superior durability and efficiency in our spa plumbing systems.

This dual layer insulation system ensures that not only the water in the spa is insulated, but also the water in the pipework. This option adds a higher level of heat retention than Vortex™ Spas' standard Thermolock™ Perimeter insulation.

Vortex™ Spa's Thermolock™ cover outperforms typical spa covers due to its 50% denser construction, which significantly improves heat retention. With safety and efficiency as priorities, it features a rigid aluminium frame to prevent any risk of collapse under load. The cover also includes a draft seal to lock in heat and reduce water evaporation. This thoughtful design ensures a safer, more energy-efficient spa experience.
