Every Vortex™ Spa begins with a sheet of USA-sourced Aristech Acrylic, precisely formed in a sophisticated oven. The process continues with an application of fiberglass backing and follows with an essential oven-curing phase, a step often overlooked by other manufacturers. Duraflex™ pipes withstand hot, chemically treated water and all joints are sealed with 'Weldon' PVC cement for reliable adhesion.
