Great service 10 out of 10, From walking into the showroom not knowing what we were after too the amazing product knowledge and help we got from Britney we left with new spa, but it didn't finish there the delivery was one of the best we have ever had the unsung heroes the guys who did the install Frank and son top fellas they need a pat on the back.

The guys at Glenorchy spa world are genuine down to earth humans! Wouldn’t want to buy an expensive investment from anyone else. I bought the vortex hydrozone 6m spa, over 18 months ago. Spas been great, the wind broke a few clips a few times, the kids played around with the settings, and balancing the spa takes a bit of getting used to… but any issues I’ve had, no stress!! Bought a Vortex Spectrum from Spa World late 2023. Thought it would be worth a review as I've had a great experience. Phil was a real pleasure to deal with and nothing was ever to much trouble. The installation was also a dream thanks to Mal. However, I did choose to go my own route a little bit to avoid strong chemicals but without much success. Ended up consulting other spa companies who were much closer to me to try and find a resolve but the resolve never happened. Went back to Spa World and the problem was solved easily and they steered me in a good direction to avoid too much chemical. Couldn't be happier with these guys. I now choose to travel 30min out or my way to purchase what I need and of course the great service has never stopped.

After being diagnosed with cancer and being given a small payout by life insurance, I decided it was time to treat myself to something that was going to help me. After looking at lots of different spa places, we ended up at Spa World where I first met Phil. It was the same day that I was going in for my second of six operations and it was a nice little dream as I went off for more treatment. After I recovered a bit, I decided to go back and get a quote for a swim spa that I could use for both helping me to relax and also swim in private as I’m very self-conscious since my cancer surgeries. Phil took my husband and I through the different options and after getting our initial quote We felt that it was out of our budget. However, after talking to Phil and looking at the different bits and pieces, we were able to get the perfect swim spa that we could afford. We recently purchased a Fisher 5D spa pool from Spa World Palmerston North after a careful evaluation of a number of brands of pools. The folk at Spa World were very helpful, ensuring we picked a spa with excellent durability, insulation and practicality. The team installed the spa yesterday. They inadvertently forgot the spa pool cover, but it arrived by courier today and was an easy install as all the preparatory work had been done with the cover lifter. The spa is cost effective with its attached Ecocube heat pump. It took about 6 hours to get to 37 degrees, but today came up to temperature quickly with the cover on. It looks great in our entertainment area, and our first swim was very enjoyable! We look forward to many years of enjoyment.

Graig at the Warners Bay store walked us through the entire workings and features of the Vortex Nitro spa. He explained things in terms we could understand and nothing seemed to be a problem to him. Heart from customer services was also very pleasant to deal with. Then Brendan the technician came th our place and installed the cover lifter and then explained the operation of our spa completely . I purchased a Fisher 3 spa and a Vortex prestige infrared sauna. The quality of the products are great and I definitely recommend them. I initially had some issues with the spa's functionality and the extra pump needed to cool the water down - they were very professional and resolved the issues.

We purchased our Vortex Swim Spa from Spa World Glenorchy, around 2 years ago. Delivery was coordinated through Mal, and we have formed a great relationship with him since then, through his maintenance follow ups and our visits to the shop for complimentary water tests. We did have initial issues getting the water quality right, but with the patience and help from the staff at Spa World, we got it right in the end, and we are now loving our swim spa!

The online team was very helpful in getting the right operators manual, as I couldn't find it on the website. When I did, I was pleased to see that the value stacked up very well and that their 'Fisher' brand spas are genuinely high-quality spas unlike a white-label option I liked but got scared by down in Logan. When I was ready to proceed, the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. Bill was happy to make a few small tweaks to the inclusions on the quote, and I felt he had already offered good value and a fair deal. I was comfortable paying the 20% deposit, and then the balance just before delivery. Delivery day to my Unit last week was exciting - the spa was delivered on a Ute by the business owner and lifted into place by crane. The installer did a careful, dependable job, and before leaving made sure I knew exactly what to do before using it. All up, it has been a genuinely excellent experience dealing with Spa World. I absolutely love my spa and the enjoyment my Fisher 3 is aready bringing. This Tweed Heads Business is one of the Top Product & Customer service centres I have ‘ever’ had the pleasure of dealing with. I had purchased (privately), a Vortex infrared Sauna but needed information for someone to help me Re-fix the glass panels on my Sauna. Now remember, I ‘did not’ purchase my Sauna from SpaWorld and that didn’t bother the wonderful Cathy one bit! Cathy who couldn’t have been more accomodating or helpful in my search, provided me with a contact tradesperson to help me and if they couldn’t, she asked me to get back to her so she could try someone else. What a wonderful ethical approach of conduct and practice for your profession. Very, very few Businesses would go out of their way like you did for me. Unfortunately (due to no one’s fault) I still have a problem with the glass panel on my Vortex infrared sauna, but Cathy has since given me sound advice with how to proceed with Vortex Spa online. We’ve had our spa for 6 months now. Elaine K at Marsden Park was fantastic to deal with & helped us in selecting the correct size & type of spa for our needs. Unfortunately, from day 1 the spa had a leak which could not be easily resolved by tightening the connectors on the pipes. The after sales service from Spa World was brilliant. We had 3 visits from technicians to diagnose the problem & eventually replace a faulty part. This was all resolved over a 2-3 week period (we were still able to use the spa during this period). You have to judge an organisation not just by the sales process but also by how well the product is supported. I have no hesitation in recommending Spa World on both counts.

I use magnesium in my Spa ,which helps a lot with my Osteo Arthritis that has just starting to give me some discomfort. We were recommended to visit Spa World Glenorchy by our good friends who had recently purchased a spa from them. Phil Jackson was very helpful during our selection process providing options for us to consider based on our ideas, the area and size of spa and its seating capacity. Not had a spa before we've appreciated Phil's support and nothing has been a problem. This has been particularly beneficial to us living on the east coast. Our position of the spa and accessibility was difficult. Phil provided us with a courier who had crane options and the delivery went very smoothy. Whilst we have the spa in operation, this gives us a good chance to learn the basics in preparation for the spa hand over. We love our new spa and it's been occupied nearly every day. Phil continues to provide us with support. He is always very friendly, patient and helpful.
