From the support that you and Charlie gave us in the showroom, (where we didn't feel stupid and felt cared for), to the trust we felt in your partners—Geoff for the deck and Daniel with the electrician work, right to the team who delivered the spa - everyone operated as combined team, everyone respected each other and were focused on making it a positive experience for us. We even go the impression that Geoff and Daniel were as much motivated to make sure they did the right thing for you guys as they wanted to do the right thing for us. And while I am currently working with the online support to work out how to get rid of the cloudy water issue, I can safely say this experience has far exceeded my expectations. Absolutely happy with my new spa Mal has been very helpful and always a phone call away i could not speak highly enough of him and the hole experience I don't have a problem giving him a well deserved review. But I'm sure he would have preferred to borrow my WRX sti keys as he could not stop looking at it.

Love the new spa. Been a bit of a learning curve as we opted to collect so didn’t have it set up for us. We are getting there slowly and absolutely love the spa, Steven has been very responsive to my emails and calls and I feel confident they will help whenever I have questions if needed. We had some awesome pre-sales service from Craig at the Warners Bay showroom today. Their showroom is huge and shows a nice range of spars on display. Craig has a very in-depth knowledge of the products and helped us understand the technicalities of how the delivery team will deploy the spa to its final resting spot in a fairly tight enclosure, this was important for us since we had some concerns around the installation. We ended up getting the Vortex Nitro for a great price, looking forward to getting it in!

I purchased a spa from the Tweed Heads Branch and was lucky enough to meet Cathy Dowling. Cathy is professional, informed and supported me in deciding on the most suitable Spa. The one I chose ( and really wanted) was a delivery and instalment challenge. Not to be deterred, Cathy worked with the deliverer ( they are fantastic) who did a site inspection and devised a way to get the spa in place - all at no extra cost ! We’re so glad we chose this spa. We were a little unsure at first because our backyard is quite small, but it has actually complemented the space beautifully and looks amazing both in the yard and when viewed from inside the house. One of the biggest surprises has been how much we use it during winter. Because it’s a smaller spa, it’s affordable to heat and maintain, so we don’t hesitate to jump in regularly. It’s become one of our favourite ways to relax at the end of the day. We’re absolutely thrilled with it and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a spa for a smaller outdoor area.

We needed to replace the spa cover for our very old spa. We contacted a number of spa companies but the cover was obsolete for our spa. By chance we contacted Spa World Australia Pty Ltd and spoke to Ana Ruiz and after measuring up our spa Ana went out of her way to find one of their covers that would be suitable for our spa. The price was very competitive, delivery took less than a week and the cover fits perfectly. We are very happy with the cover and the grey colour even though our old cover was blue. Spa World provided excellent service and a great product. Highly recommended.

What can I say about Cathy from Spa World Tweet, top shelf Service. We had the pleasure of meeting Cathy a couple of months ago, in the market for a sauna for my poor ole hip. Perfect timing they had a sauna one left on the floor until new stock came in in June. Cathy looked after us with a beaut deal and we were able to pick it up under her supervisor last week while we are here holidaying. Getting a luxury item like this has been on our wish list for a long time. It was a substantial investment and the team at Spa World were amazing to deal with. They answered our many questions and went through all of the pros and cons of the different options that we were looking at. The sale price that we got was awesome compared to what else was on offer on the market. Delivery went really well and the two staff members who installed on site had very high standards. Ross and Steven came out to inspect and make sure that everything was perfect. Once the electrician and hooked it all up, they came back to test it all and run me through the water testing etc. We couldn't have asked for better service, and I would highly recommend Spa World to everyone.

My wife and I decided to take the plunge [pun most definitely intended] - and purchase a spa, just on 2 years ago. We had done what you all have most likely done and looked at youtube, google reviews, as well as spoken with friends and family. It can get a bit confusing. We had read reviews on several spas, and it looked as though Spa World had the one we were after. So in we went and met Phil. Turns out, Tassie being Tassie that we already knew Phil, as our kids went to school together. Regardless of any pre-existing relationship, Phil was caring, funny, knowledgable and asked us all the right questions. Phil helped us with our finance, guided us when THAT went to custard [our fault] and was completely patient as we fumbled our way through our decision making process. Mal did our install for us, and he was amazing!! Such personal service, and again - knowledge like no other!! We use our spa a minimum of 6 times a week! We have not really noticed any over-the-top hydro bills, and the odd bit of chemicals here and there aren't too much of a strain either. We have enjoyed popping into the store from time-to-time for our water quality tests, and to pick up some bits and bobs. The guys are always friendly and willing to help. Now... can you find a cheaper spa elsewhere? Yeah... probably. Will you get the backup, quality service, quality of product, and peace of mind you get here??... NO!! Trust me... we looked around!! I would only recommend you shop at SpaWorld, and then you can just kick back and enjoy your spa like we have done for two years now. Thank me later.

You will buy a spa based on the quality, then you are blown away from the level of customer service, from Charlie in the store, online help, Ray the delivery man and Brendan the world's best helpful tech man. Loving the Fisher 7 Spa we bought from Spa World. Michael was really helpful to confirm it was the right one for us, and organise delivery and installation for us in Tauranga. The installers did a great job including finding a solution to getting the Spa into position around a tight corner of the house. I recently bought an outdoor 2 person spa bath which was more complex to operate compared to our former indoor spa bath so a looked for local spa dealers and made an appointment with Theo at Spa World who was very informative on how to maintain and operate the spa. Spas been great, the wind broke a few clips a few times, the kids played around with the settings, and balancing the spa takes a bit of getting used to… but any issues I’ve had, no stress!! Bought a Vortex Spectrum from Spa World late 2023. Thought it would be worth a review as I've had a great experience. Phil was a real pleasure to deal with and nothing was ever to much trouble. The installation was also a dream thanks to Mal. However, I did choose to go my own route a little bit to avoid strong chemicals but without much success. Ended up consulting other spa companies who were much closer to me to try and find a resolve but the resolve never happened. Went back to Spa World and the problem was solved easily and they steered me in a good direction to avoid too much chemical. Couldn't be happier with these guys. I now choose to travel 30min out or my way to purchase what I need and of course the great service has never stopped.
