I’ve had my spa for over 7 years which I brought from Spa World Glenorchy. The heater just died and Mal came out and replaced the heater with a heat pump. Wow the difference. Mal was so knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Really my 5 stars are for Mal!

The sales team was helpful with answering questions. We purchased a 2021 2nd hand swim spa from the specials section on the website. The online team was very helpful in getting the right operators manual, as I couldn't find it on the website. The delivery team was great and very helpful, even drilling the hole in the bottom of the base for the electricals to go through. Overall experience was great.

I had a fantastic experience with Spa World and would highly recommend them. I visited close to closing time and was warmly greeted by Bill, who immediately made the experience easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable yet down-to-earth and helped me understand the different options available. I also noticed Bill was excited for my vision. My questions were answered quickly and clearly, and I left feeling informed without having to hang around for ages. Bill took my details and sent the promised quote right on time. There was absolutely no pushy sales pressure. I actually took a few days before I looked at the quote and then did my own research. When I did, I was pleased to see that the value stacked up very well and that their 'Fisher' brand spas are genuinely high-quality spas unlike a white-label option I liked but got scared by down in Logan. When I was ready to proceed, the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. Bill was happy to make a few small tweaks to the inclusions on the quote, and I felt he had already offered good value and a fair deal. I was comfortable paying the 20% deposit, and then the balance just before delivery. Delivery day to my Unit last week was exciting - the spa was delivered on a Ute by the business owner and lifted into place by crane. The installer did a careful, dependable job, and before leaving made sure I knew exactly what to do before using it. All up, it has been a genuinely excellent experience dealing with Spa World. I absolutely love my spa and the enjoyment my Fisher 3 is aready bringing. Thank you Bill for your great service and oversight, and thanks also to the installer and the whole team for the smooth, ahead-of-schedule delivery. Highly recommended.

This Tweed Heads Business is one of the Top Product & Customer service centres I have ‘ever’ had the pleasure of dealing with. I had purchased (privately), a Vortex infrared Sauna but needed information for someone to help me Re-fix the glass panels on my Sauna. Now remember, I ‘did not’ purchase my Sauna from SpaWorld and that didn’t bother the wonderful Cathy one bit! Cathy who couldn’t have been more accomodating or helpful in my search, provided me with a contact tradesperson to help me and if they couldn’t, she asked me to get back to her so she could try someone else. What a wonderful ethical approach of conduct and practice for your profession. Very, very few Businesses would go out of their way like you did for me. Unfortunately (due to no one’s fault) I still have a problem with the glass panel on my Vortex infrared sauna, but Cathy has since given me sound advice with how to proceed with Vortex Spa online. Which I will review as it unfolds. Your service has not gone unnoticed Cathy. I have already spread the good word about your Business and will continue to do so. Thank you.

We’ve had our spa for 6 months now. Elaine K at Marsden Park was fantastic to deal with & helped us in selecting the correct size & type of spa for our needs. Unfortunately, from day 1 the spa had a leak which could not be easily resolved by tightening the connectors on the pipes. The after sales service from Spa World was brilliant. We had 3 visits from technicians to diagnose the problem & eventually replace a faulty part. This was all resolved over a 2-3 week period (we were still able to use the spa during this period). You have to judge an organisation not just by the sales process but also by how well the product is supported. I have no hesitation in recommending Spa World on both counts.

A big thank you to Jaydin with his customer service at all times . I love my Spa and live on it lol . I use magnesium in my Spa ,which helps a lot with my Osteo Arthritis that has just starting to give me some discomfort. We were recommended to visit Spa World Glenorchy by our good friends who had recently purchased a spa from them. Phil Jackson was very helpful during our selection process providing options for us to consider based on our ideas, the area and size of spa and its seating capacity. Not had a spa before we've appreciated Phil's support and nothing has been a problem. This has been particularly beneficial to us living on the east coast. Our position of the spa and accessibility was difficult. Phil provided us with a courier who had crane options and the delivery went very smoothy. Whilst we have the spa in operation, this gives us a good chance to learn the basics in preparation for the spa hand over. We love our new spa and it's been occupied nearly every day. Phil continues to provide us with support. He is always very friendly, patient and helpful.

Customer focus was evident with this company. Purchased a swim spa and the service provided has been exceptional from the ordering and delivery process to the after sales support and care. No issues at all. Both Craig and Charlie have been fantastic and are always there for any question that arise. The swim spa is so easy to after. Much easier than a pool, it basically looks after itself. Highly recommend these guys if you are in the market for a spa or swim spa.

Last year I purchased the Aquagym Max from Spa World and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Hard to tell you in a few words. All in all it was a good experience. I had a few issues along the road but thanks to Michelle Pratt from SpaWorld, it was all quickly resolved. She was there whenever I needed her. When I tried to get in touch with someone and I couldn’t reach anybody - Michelle was there. Never mind she was driving or even at home - she always answered her phone and helped. She got through to the people for me where I had no success. From the moment I stepped into the shop in Brisbane she was just great. And not like other sales people who only want you to sign on the dotted line - she was always there for me. And even now, after all is installed and working she is there for me to answer my never ending questions. Don’t think I have to say that I recommend her. The above tells it all. We had the extreme pleasure of meeting Dianne when we were looking to purchase a spa. We appreciated her friendliness as she greeted us and then allowed us to walk around and look at the spas without hovering over us. When we had showed interest in our preferred spa that is when Dianne came back over to us to talk facts and show us the features of the spa. We found Dianne to be knowledgeable but not pushy which helped us feel comfortable when deciding to purchase the Nitro. From the time we paid a deposit to having the spa delivered and us enjoying our new spa was under 2 weeks. Dianne has exceptional communication, after care and follow up service who really goes above and beyond for all of her clients. The customer service has been great including being contacted by Charm our dedicated person who will look after us throughout the delivery process and beyond. Karen was so kind and helpful, I went in as I needed more spa chemicals, she took the time to help me understand how to use it all as we have an old spa and haven’t figured out how to dose it properly. She printed out a dosage cheat sheet suited to my needs and told me if I needed any extra support that I could just swing an email their way and they would be happy to help. They are clearly a small business who are passionate about what they do. You can tell even when buying just the upkeep supplies. She did not try to sell me anything but gave all of her knowledge. My spa is old and the care it needs was so well explained. I will 100% be back for future needs and recommend them to anyone in need of support or a new spa. Thank you Karen. 😊

The support team at Spa World call centre were fine, and they delivered a good service, but I felt the need to chase people to get my invoice, pay my balance and confirm some things, in saying that, the consultant we worked with, Heart, especially was so lovely and a pleasure to work with. Joe our delivery driver was a true legend, he even helped me put my door back on which was above and beyond... he was wonderful to deal with and I am very grateful for the amazing service and care he took on delivery day. I bet she out nerds every “expert” bloke on chemistry, electrics, pumps and all that technical stuff! 😆 Zero fluff, all honesty and facts. (Oh, and no bad mouthing others nor frowning upon for trying to find something that fits your pocket.) The real reason for this review?... She actually cares. No sleazy upsell, just straight up listening, “going the extra mile” (in a split second), and sorting you the perfect spa that fits your life and budget.

Spa World, and Britney in particular, were amazing. I had no experience with spa pool use or ownership when my overseas husband suddenly decided he wanted one. So off I trekked to Spa World with nothing but a tape measure in my hand. The team (Britney!) answered all my naive questions with supreme patience. I sat in every spa and had the benefits of each brand explained to me. I left feeling completely un-pressured to buy a spa yet fully informed. I bought one the next day. Delivery was smooth with the super friendly guys patiently explaining all the features (again - I had forgotten). And then the aftercare was amazing! All my questions were happily answered by Britney. I would highly recommend spa world for a seamless and informative purchase of such an expensive item. Fisher 2 Spa We’ve been using the Fisher 2 spa for over three months now, more than five times a week, and it has been absolutely fantastic. Although it’s a compact spa, it’s perfectly sized for two people and feels like a great decision both in terms of cost and space. It delivers everything we wanted without taking over the backyard. The highlight, though, is the experience itself. Ending the day soaking in the spa at night, looking up at the stars, has become a truly special moment of our day - a simple routine that feels like a luxury every time. No regrets at all. A small spa that’s made a big difference to our daily life.
