Should I buy an Alpine Spa™?

If you are after an entry to mid-level spa pool, then, yes – you should consider buying an Alpine Spa™, along with others.

As with any significant purchase, it’s always wise to shop around and compare products. We suggest making a list of your top requirements first. There's a handy checklist in our Spa Buyers Guide that will help you do this.

Here are three important things to consider when choosing who to buy a spa from and what spa to purchase:

  • Is price the deciding factor or will you pay more for quality?
  • How important to you is the after-care service or warranties?
  • What about the running costs?

Alpine Spas™ Pros and Cons

  • Entry to mid-level spa and swim spas
  • Nationwide support service
  • Nationwide after-sales service
  • A range of products to choose from

  • Timber frames - not ideal as they can rot, attract mould and crack
  • Longer warranties than they have been in business – we've seen situations where that can potentially leave customers exposed to losing coverage, should the company shut down
  • Higher running costs than fully-foamed spas
  • They don’t have a 7-day customer care centre
