Saunas Lower Hutt

What a great experience, Steven was welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Showing us a range of spa pools. The relaxed vibe in the well set out store made the decision even easier. Super happy and can't wait for the delivery.

Thank you so much to Rose, Steven and your team ! We absolutely love our new Spa - from the minute we reached out and enquired to the final delivery the service has been unbeatable! Thank you for such a great service. 💥💥💥💥💥

A new spa feeling very spoilt and definitely enjoying it Jackson arrived and made it so easy to get the spa in place and then spent the time explaining the ins and outs to me A great experience

Great service and looking forward to enjoying our new spa. 😊

Good bugger in here, will be back

Very good service from start to finish, spa arrived on schedule and was delivered and put in place by the Narellan Pools team down to thinking about which direction we will be facing when in the spa. Love your work guys.

Absolutely wonderful spa. Set up was easy, after sales service is great and grandkids love the music option.

Steven at Spa World Palmerston North was amazing. He helped us pick the right spa for our space. We could not be happier with the result - we have a great spa for us I which we have used daily since it arrived. Thanks Steven and the team.

Great to deal with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Installer was awesome too.

We love our Spa and the ease in which to use it makes it so simple for us. Spa World, Steven, was really great, very friendly and got it all installed so easily. Thank you so much. Layne & Jo

Great friendly service, Rose was super helpful answering all our questions when we were looking to buy our first spa. We settled on the Fisher 3, best decision we've made. Nothing beats a warm soak on a cold day!

Great advice, no pressure to buy and the delivery lads were super helpful and explained everything really well.

So pleased with purchase of my first spa, friendly service, great communication and delivery/set up and fulll aftercare service. 100 % recommend.

The team at Spa World Palmerston North were amazing and so easy to deal with. We had our spa pool delivered in no time. We just love it!

great spa and great service

Getting a luxury item like this has been on our wish list for a long time. It was a substantial investment and the team at Spa World were amazing to deal with. They answered our many questions and went through all of the pros and cons of the different options that we were looking at. The sale price that we got was awesome compared to what else was on offer on the market. Delivery went really well and the two staff members who installed on site had very high standards. Ross and Steven came out to inspect and make sure that everything was perfect. Once the electrician and hooked it all up, they came back to test it all and run me through the water testing etc. We couldn't have asked for better service, and I would highly recommend Spa World to everyone.

Great service, fabulous spa

We received outstanding service and advice from Steven and Rose. We love our Fisher 5D Spa and highly reccomend.

Great Experience from start to finish! Loving our spa.

Prompt response, clear pricing, easy to deal with.

very good and very helpful

Our experience with Spa World PN has been so easy from walking in the showroom to spa delivery and helpful after service. Nothing has been a problem, very personal service, highly recommend.

Spa world is absolutely amazing to do business with, very speedy communication and top of the line service. We got our new spa just before Christmas and made it happen for us despite the holiday rush. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Great service and very prompt delivery. Follow up assistance was excellent. Ross and Rose know their stuff and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thanks team!

Steven was fantastic to deal with, we purchased a 5 person (2 lounger), seamless process and great follow up.

Excellent service and advice and the spa is the perfect fit for our property

Love the new spa. Been a bit of a learning curve as we opted to collect so didn’t have it set up for us. We are getting there slowly and absolutely love the spa, Steven has been very responsive to my emails and calls and I feel confident they will help whenever I have questions if needed. Very pretty, this is the fisher 5 E spa pictured

We recently purchased a Fisher 5D spa pool from Spa World Palmerston North after a careful evaluation of a number of brands of pools. The folk at Spa World were very helpful, ensuring we picked a spa with excellent durability, insulation and practicality. The team installed the spa yesterday. They inadvertently forgot the spa pool cover, but it arrived by courier today and was an easy install as all the preparatory work had been done with the cover lifter. The spa is cost effective with its attached Ecocube heat pump. It took about 6 hours to get to 37 degrees, but today came up to temperature quickly with the cover on. It looks great in our entertainment area, and our first swim was very enjoyable! We look forward to many years of enjoyment.

AMAZING service they went above and beyond helping us pick our spa and delivering it out of town to us. We are absolutely lovvvvve our new spa and fully 💯 recommend Spa World 😁

Great to deal with and great service on delivery
