Once purchased, their delivery team were amazing and spent time providing a complete run down on our Spa, Once filled, Katrina did a home visit to complete our installation. Top notch service from the team at Spa World. Katrina was great, staying in touch often, guiding us through the process and generally making everything run smoothly. We were a little nervous about delivery day as our site access was not entirely straight forward, or so we thought. We needn't have worried - the delivery team were amazing, nothing was a problem. Very happy with the spa itself as well and would happily recommend Spa World.

I doubt I've ever left a public review. But Katrina at Spa World Tauriko just changed my mind! Best experience ever. If you’re done with mediocre bros, go see Katrina at Spa World Tauriko. She’ll have you bubbling in bliss while the rest are still googling “what is pH”. Haven’t experienced this level of actual competence in over a decade. I bet she out nerds every “expert” bloke on chemistry, electrics, pumps and all that technical stuff! 😆 Zero fluff, all honesty and facts. (Oh, and no bad mouthing others nor frowning upon for trying to find something that fits your pocket.) The real reason for this review?... She actually cares. No sleazy upsell, just straight up listening, “going the extra mile” (in a split second), and sorting you the perfect spa that fits your life and budget.

The easiet Asset purchase ever. It all started with Katrina at the Spa World Tauranga showroom. She had amazing customer service skills, product knowledge was amazing and super friendly to deal with. Once we had signed up and ordered the spa the delivery and install process was just as smooth. We had done our research on the Website and the instructional and product videos were invaluable to show me how the pool works, the features and the trouble shooting with water quality etc, a fantastic website. The delivery team asked for a video showing the delivery route to be taken to the spas final location and show measurments of obstacles like our 12 steps onto a deck etc. Once this was uploaded the delivery was booked in the following week so super quick delivery. On the day the team arrived early and they had everything they needed to get the spa from the trailer up the stairs and to its final resting place ( very efficient). Billy and Alamaine stayed to complete the install and their knowledge of the product and speed of install was impressive, they were super friendly, had a great sense of humour and were just geniune nice guys, i was really impressed with how they spoke about their company which shows Spa World has a great culture, you seldom find employees talking about their company so well now days. I do think Andrew should shout them a pool each so they can unwind after a day of pushing and pulling spas around properties like mine, just do it under health and safety lol ( told you boys i would say something). Billy showed me how to bleed and set the pool up walked me through how the eco core heat pump worked ( this is amazing i would not have a spa without a heat pump now) and how to use the controller etc. The spa was up and running within 1.5 hours. These two are superstarts. The spa itself is brilliant we had our old pool for 34 years until it died but this new Fisher 5D is totally amazing we love it and look forward to many years of soaking. Thanks Spa World, Katrina, Billy and Alamaine for your amazing service.

Wow, what such an amazing service from Katrina in Tauranga. Listened to our needs and are so loving our new Infra Red Sauna. We are in it nearly every day and the feeling of internal body warmth is delightful. Garry's painful hands and body aches are so much better from this half an hour a day sauna heat.

Great experience

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Katrina from Spa World in Tauranga. She was very friendly and full of knowledge while giving us help in choosing the right spa for us. There was no pressure from her to make a decision which gave us time to think about what we wanted. The guys that came out to install the spa were awesome as well. Again full of knowledge and respect and they done a great job with the install. Definitely recommend Katrina and the team if you are looking for a spa.

Katrina has been great to work with, not pushy with trying to get a sale/specific product across. She kept in consistent contact, completed a site visit and liaised with the Auckland office to ensure everything was sorted for delivery/installation. This is our first spa and it's been better than expected, so quiet and fits into a tight space. I definitely recommend Spa World for your first spa :)

Katrina is fantastic to work with. She helped us choose our spa pool by sharing worthwhile information about a range of models and what they could offer us. Katrina cleverly worked out exactly what we wanted through our discussion. We felt well listened to and not pressured to buy immediately. A highlight of our shopping experience was Katrina's invitation for us to jump into a showroom spa for a test run! We appreciate the after-sales service Katrina provides. She gets back to us promptly with answers to to our questions and checks in with us regularly to see how we are getting on with our new purchase.

Katrina is awesome! She was always happy to help and made the process of purchasing our swim spa so easy. She provided reassurance and guided us with all our enquiries regarding where to place the swim spa and she communicated with the tradies to get the correct concrete slab and electrical connections sorted. Our visit to Spa World Tauranga was such a positive experience. What started off as a fact finding exercise ended in a purchase on the day. And this was all thanks to Katrina Wilson. She offered the kind of service you always hope for - the way she engaged, her passion for her job, how well she knows her products, follow-up communication in keeping with promises made, and after-sales sevice. Katrina not only knows the product inside out, she has a genuine interest in you as a customer. She listens to your needs and match up the best product to your needs. She goes the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your purchase and make herself available to coach you through new experiences. She is approachable and it shows that she genuinely enjoys what she does and has faith in the product she sells to you. From all the companies we contacted and visited, we were not bombarded with phone calls and emails after contacting Spa World Tauranga, but when we had a question, Katrina will inform us or direct us to the correct person. A SwimSpa is an expensive enjoyment to add to your home, but SpaWorld makes it such a comfortable buy when you know knowledge and help is only a phone call away.

We recently purchased a Fisher 6 spa pool from Spa World Tauranga and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, Katrina was absolutely amazing. She took the time to walk us through all the different options, helped us compare other brands, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. Delivery was on time, and Jack was fantastic on the day — he went above and beyond to help get the spa into position and provide advice on setting up smoothly.
