A highlight of our shopping experience was Katrina's invitation for us to jump into a showroom spa for a test run! We appreciate the after-sales service Katrina provides. She gets back to us promptly with answers to to our questions and checks in with us regularly to see how we are getting on with our new purchase.

Katrina is awesome! She was always happy to help and made the process of purchasing our swim spa so easy. She provided reassurance and guided us with all our enquiries regarding where to place the swim spa and she communicated with the tradies to get the correct concrete slab and electrical connections sorted. A SwimSpa is an expensive enjoyment to add to your home, but SpaWorld makes it such a comfortable buy when you know knowledge and help is only a phone call away.
